My business is based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of the business is from repeat customers and referrals.
I started my working life as a primary school teacher, which I worked at on and off for 25 years. I have always been interested in healthy lifestyles, natural, organic products and natural therapies. I like the philosophy of getting back to basics in growing what we eat, making things, making do and looking after our planet and its resources.
When looking for a career change in 2007, the philosophy of massage, the benefits of it and the idea of self-healing fitted in with my own personal ideas on living. Massage and beauty also fitted in with my personality type; one of caring and nurturing others and enjoying restoring a feeling of well-being and self-esteem. So in 2007 I completed my first massage course, followed by a manicure and pedicure course. The courses I have now completed are as follows:
